Bifurcation in unconstitutional, says Jagan

Hyderabad, YSR Congress party chief  and Kadapa MP Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy has asked the Lok Sabha speaker Meera Kumar not to introduce the Telangana bill in the Parliament as it was already rejected by the Andhra Pradesh assembly. He also informed the speaker that he could not attend the all party meet due to lack of time.

“It is unethical to introduce the bill in the Parliament. The bifurcation is unconstitutional’, said Jagan in his letter addressed to the speaker. He also asked the speaker to follow the constitutional procedure while bifurcating the state.

Jagan is going to meet President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday evening. The MLAs and MLCs of YSRCP will also accompany their leader.
