Anti-Modi resolution in Punjab assembly

Condemning Narendra Modi for calling Pakistan as an exporter of terrorism, a resolution was introduced in the Punjab Assembly of Pakistan on Wednesday. The resolution came barely a day after Indian PM Narendra Modi and his Pak counterpart Nawaz Sharif met for the first time in New Delhi on  Tuesday.

During the meet, Narendra Modi asked Pakistan to stop exporting terror to India. He asked Sharif to to clamp down on terror and bridge the trust deficit between the neighbours.
The resolution accused India of helping anti-Pak terror in Balochistan province. The Punjab assembly, however, disallowed  the resolution.
Interestingly, Nawaz hails from Punjab and his brother is the chief of the province.
