Bluefrog Opens Doors For 5 Mins Post Allegations

Visakhapatnam: Bluefrog Mobile Technologies, involved in the data breach scam opened its office for the first time since the allegations over the company. Employees of the company had questions from journalists who barged into the office space, on Tuesday.

The Visakhapatnam based mobile app developing company, which is facing allegations in the data breach scam along with the IT Grids company has been locked since the start of the scam.

The office in Siripuram junction, Visakhapatnam was opened on Tuesday for a short duration of five minutes. The employees who seemed prepared for the journalists denied any connections with the company ‘Bluefrog Mobile Technologies,’ and claimed that it was a gaming based company called Yellow Backs. When questioned about the CEO of the Bluefrog Phani Raju, the employees locked up the office again.

It is learned that the involvement of Bluefrog in the data breach scam came into light with the complaint of data analyst Lokeswara Reddy. Apparently, Bluefrog unlawfully holds the information of the voters from namely census details, Aadhar card numbers of voters, location, AP smart pulse survey, State resident Data Hub along with the Kavya data management services and public empowerment platforms. Bluefrog has been handing over the data to IT Grids India Private Limited violating the orders of Supreme Court, as per the complaint lodged by Lokeswara Reddy.
