3 Charred To Death As Car Catches Fire On Collision With Truck

In freak mishap, three persons were set ablaze when a car anda truck rammed into each other and the car caught fire. The incident occured in Kalagutla of Bestavaripet mandal in Prakasam district on Tuesday morning.

According to the police, a speeding car, rammed into an oncoming lorry. Due to the impact of the collision, the car immediately caught fire and within minutes it was engulfed in fire. Three persons, travelling in thecar, were charred to death.

On knowing about the incident, fire service personnel rushed to the spot and put out the fires. By that time, however, the three persons were burnt alive.
