103 students hospitalised after mid-day meal

As many as 103 students a Gurukul school at Sivakodu in Rajolu mandal in East Godavari district were taken ill after eating their mid-day meal at the school.

The children complained of uneasiness after the meal.  Following the incident, while  students were subjected to medical check up and found to be alright, several children were taken to near by hospitals for better treatment.  

In a similar incident, nearly 30 students fall sick after they consumed the contaminated food at Kasturba Gandhi Gurukul School of Kulakacherla Mandal in Ranga Reddy district.
