Parvathipuram (Vizianagaram): In the backdrop of Telugu Desam Party's (TDP) exit from the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), ruling party leaders in the district are now facing a tricky situation in the form of the two politician brothers, TDP MLC Dwarapureddy Jagadish and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Araku constituency Incharge Dr. Rammohan Rao.

On Sunday, the latter sparked controversy after he held a BJP press meet at the local TDP office. The BJP leaders reportedly put up Prime Minister Narendra Modi's photo and BJP banners inside the TDP office for Dr. Rammohan Rao's first ever press meet as the BJP leader.

Speaking on the ocassion, he said that the development of the state would be possible only when a single party was elected to power both at the centre and the state. The TDP government has completely ignored the interests of the state, he asserted.

In the meeting, Kurupam constituency incharge Nimmaka Jayaraj, AP Mazdoor Union leader Korada Satyanarayana and other important leaders were also present.
