 - Sakshi Post

In an unfortunate development, a 26-year-old student from Telangana's Hyderabad, identified as Rupesh Chandra Chintakindi, has been missing for the last 7 days. The student, pursuing his master's degree at Concordia University in Wisconsin, has not been heard from since.

The Indian consulate has expressed their concerns by informing the Indian embassy and stating on X that they are doing everything they can to re-establish contact with the 26-year-old, while the Chicago Police Department is also doing their best.

Rupesh's parents, who reside in Hanamkonda, Telangana, are worried sick and are urging the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy to locate their child. This is not an uncommon occurrence, as many such incidents, especially involving Indian students, particularly those from the Telugu states, are frequent. A tragic incident occurred the other day, where a few Indian students lost their lives in a car accident, further highlighting the urgency of such occurrences.
