Pallavi Prashanth Row: Bigg Boss Team takes Shocking Decision?

 - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: Bigg Boss TV reality shows have been courting controversies since the concept-based show was introduced on Indian TV screens. Long before  Likewise, Pallavi Prashanth hit the headlines for the vandalism and mayhem created by his crazy fans after he won the coveted trophy, Bigg Boss Telugu shows have been dogged by controversies. However, the Bigg Boss organisers seem to have taken a decision to put an end to controversies created by the fans of its recent winner outside the Bigg Boss house.

Previous seasons of Bigg Boss Telugu TV reality shows were hosted by Tollywood stars like NTR and Nani. Later, the film industry icon Nagarjuna took over the mantle from them and since then he’s been hosting the show. Among other contestants, the Bigg Boss Telugu 7 edition saw the entry of a common man, Pallavi Prashanth, who was introduced to the viewers as Rythu Bidda (meaning a farmer’s son). Even though the show had an amazing lineup of inmates, Prashanth played his cards well and succeeded in winning the BBT7 title.

The grand finale of BBT7 show was held at Annapurna Studios in Jubilee Hills area of the city. The fans of the final six inmates of the show had gathered outside the venue despite tight police security to avoid chaos. Anticipating trouble, the police advised the show winner Prashanth to leave the studio from another gate.

He did comply with the police order but only to come back and take out a huge procession to celebrate his win. During the procession, some of the crazy fans resorted to stone pelting and vandalism. They broke the glass of the windows of BBT7 runner-up Amardeep’s car and damaged a few RTV buses too. The procession also caused a huge traffic jam on the busy Jubilee Hills road prompting the RTC management to lodge a complaint with the police.

Following the complaint, the police arrested Prashanth and others and lodged them in Chanchalguda prison. Later, he was released on bail. The city police have also sent notices to the Bigg Boss Telugu organisers of the show and sought an explanation over the mayhem after the announcement of the winner. It’s reliably learnt that the Bigg Boss Telugu team is seriously considering adding a clause in the contract with the future contestants. As per the terms and conditions clause, the contestants should not indulge in any activity like taking out a victory procession after the announcement of the Bigg Boss show winner.
