Pulivendula: YS Bharathi Reddy, wife of AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, is known for soft and humble nature. On behalf of her husband and CM, she participated in the ruling YSR Congress party election campaign in the Pulivendula constituency today. She held a door-to-door campaign ahead of simultaneous Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in the state on May 13.

YS Bharathi met young and old voters in the constituency and sought their votes for the ruling party to keep the development and welfare programmes continuing in the state. She received an overwhelming response from the people of all walks of life

During a recent public meeting, Naidu had said what would happen if the chief minister is killed. When asked about Naidu's objectionable remarks on CM Jagan, YS Bharathi gave a befitting counter.

Condemning the comments of Naidu, she said that it is not proper for a senior leader and aged person to make disparaging remarks against the chief minister of the state. She said such hateful comments have no place in democracy. Bharathi said people won't accept such behaviour from the leaders who are in public life.

Meanwhile talking about the development of Pulivendula and the state, she said the people of the constituency are happy with the welfare schemes of the ruling party. The constituency has witnessed a lot of development in the last 5 years and the detractors may not be able to see it.
