Jahnvi Kapoor's Dhadak hit theatres today. Expectations are riding high on this movie.Dhadak, is a remake of the Marathi hit Sairat which features Jahnvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khattar, Ashutosh Rana and Aditya Kapoor. The original film was a superhit and it remains to be seen how the film will fare at the box office. The film is directed by Shashank Khaitan and Produced by Karan and Hiroo Johar under Dharma productions banner.

Pin drop deathly silence in the theatre as #Dhadak's final shot fades to black. I don't remember such a deafening silence at the end of a film ever. Both #Ishaan and #Janhvi are brilliant.

I remember watching #Sairat & my reaction - I thought it was an honest film with a big heart that leaves you with a massive lump in your throat at the end. I just watched #Dhadak & it absolutely made me feel every single one of that emotion all over again. @ShashankKhaitan

The good news is that Janhvi is terrific.. the bad news is though the 1st half is engrossing but post interval its boring & predictable... #Dhadak's climax is not for the weak hearted... See it only for Janhvi..
