October Week 3 Collections

Varun Dhawan's and Banita Sandhu's October, which released on April 13 has been receiving worldwide acclaim from the critics. After Student of the Year, Dilwale and judwaa, Varun is back with a blockbuster hit with this movie which is still raking in crores at the ticket window. According to trade reports, the film has managed to collect Rs 2.97 crores in the third week while it has raked in Rs 30 crores in its first week.

Varun is maintaining his career graph perfectly with his commercial and offbeat movies. Banita Sandhu has made mark in B-town with her debut October. The movie revolves around the life of Hotel Management trainees Varun and Banita Sandhu, who have different ideals.

Varun carries off his character well in the movie and his acting was highly appreciated by several Bollywood celebrities.

The film is helmed by director of Vicky Donor and Piku, Shoojit Sircar. Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar produced the movie under the banner of Rising Sun Films.

Varun will be next seen in Sui Dhaaga which also stars Anushka Sharma as female lead. The film is slated for release on September 28.
